The E70 is only $599.99!!! That's really cheap for a phone that has a 2 mp camera, wifi, and series 60. That price can't be right. The N70 is $499.99 and the E70 will only be 100 bucks more......sign me up now.

shane: yes, you can use your simcard as long as the phone is unlocked.

I placed my order yesterday and recieved two order confirmations (one yesterday and another this morning) and my credit card has not been charged as of yet. So, I am assuming that billing does not occur until the item is shipped. But, I have not checked their policy directly.

    Mobilebee Sales Policy

well if the price tag drastically change, +/- you have the option to cancel it...in this case I'm thinking the price will go up IMHO I hope you guys get it at the current advertised price...

hold on, where is the 850mhz version of the e70. is mobilebee an import shop or something?

i mean, i live in california and rarely ever leave.. according to what ive read, 850mhz isnt very important here. but my zip code is 90265, i live in malibu, go a lot to calabasas, topanga, woodland hills, westlake areas... anybody know how to check if 850mhz cingular towers are in use there? (im on cingular btw)
do cingular phones normally use other towers? (at&t, right?)

Under their terms and conditions, they specify that "your credit card will not be charged until the day we ship your goods" So I think your good. I just bought the E70. I've never bought from them before so I hope they are reputable.

its because they have their own terms of sale policy, in mobilebee it says on their site that if the price drastically changes, their company has to inform the buyer to give them an option to cancel the pre-order, so in that case they can price it up $1 a piece since they dont charge you until it shipped out,and it clearly states that they can change it, if it starts shipping out then they can jack up the price and leave you out with the option to cancel your order or stick with it..

Phones lacking 850mhz will not necessarily work on Cingular's Network

i just read up a little more about california and the 850mhz band (on cingular)... apparently towers are becoming dual-band now, which means i can't get the e70 until theres a version with 850mhz.. lame! Correct me if im wrong (i would to be!). Anyway, I went to wirelessadvisor.com, put in my zip code (90265). I'm a little confused about what comes up - there is 3 cingular towers in my area, one which is 800mhz (same as 850 i assume)... so this means I couldn't get away with no 850?
