I wasn't able to get any logos or ringtones to my Rogers 8260.. I called up Rogers Customer care and they gave me a couple of sites to try and they work pretty good. www.the-mobile.net and www.mobilesmarts.com You have to get email and text messaging but there is no individual fee for getting these sent to your phone.
I have also come across a few other sites as well.. I will post them ASAP :P
