    Sprint/ATT/Cingular SMSC address

    Hi,

I am trying send a SMS message using SMPP over TCPIP. I need to connect to a SMSC. Does anyone know the host name/address and port number of Sprint/Cingular/ATT's SMSC? Does one have to have an account with them?

    Thanks.

    SMPP Connection

    Hello Vishal

You will be able to send messages to Sprint, Cingular, AT&T and other operators in the USA with SMPP if you register for an account at www.clickatell.com/

Simply click on the SMPP link and then click on 'Register for free' to apply for an SMPP account. Various other API products are also available.

If you would like more information, please contact the support team by visiting http://support.clickatell.com/contact.php/

Another way to send messages to those carriers is to go to their websites and you can send free messages there. Also, most have email addresses that work well too.
