    Returning equip. ordered from Cingular tele-sales

    Has any one had any experience (good or bad) with returning equpment back to Cingular tele-sales within the 15 day return policy? Did you receive your refund in a timely manner, did they send you a package to return the phone, was it a hassle or was it a smooth transaction? preferably anyone who has returned a phone to tele-sale from a GSM market, I beleive the tele-sales dept. that I delt with is in Tennesee and I am in the L.A. CA area. Any info will be much appreciated....

    Yes, not because I don't like the phone actually I love it! The problem is with Cingular, I can't even put the phone in my pocket without losing signal and that is with any phone I use on Cingular. Normaly I am not a complainer but if I cannot put a phone in my pocket and get a signal then the service is worthless for me, I don't like belt clips (that so 80's) I like to just throw a phone in my pocket...
