I just received that same letter via e-mail.

Whatever happened to those nice seasonal newsletters they used to send?

It's hard to outsource the production of a coherent newsletter to India, as they have apparently done with most other functions. Indians do speak English, but their composition resembles 1870s British English.

Is it really worth a poll? Lack of participation might null any results and what would be gained anyway? Just my two cents....

No of course this isnt worth a poll. That is because this wasnt worth posting to begin with. What kinda loser would post his email on a discussion board, especally email that no one wants to read?

Mine actually came snail mail. The paper was folded like a greeting card. Same text body I believe.

    The "letter"

got one also today...think SPRINT is worried that many customers will be switching carriers Monday when number portability starts...this is a PR effort to make you feel warm and fuzzy aboutSprint, hoping the fact you received a letter from corporate will change you mind...good luck, Sprint...I envision a lot of carrier churning coming up!!!!

gkaste--where did that come from? You don't even know me. Over 400 people have read this post. Some thought it was funny. If you don't like it, don't read it, otherwise keep your wise-*** opinions that no one cares about anyway to yourself.
