Does anyone pay the $1 per month maintenance option?

Sometimes, some reps will insist that you can't make a $1 payment - that is needs to be $10. When that happens to me, I thank them and hang up and call again. The next rep usually knows about the $1.

Thanks for your insight into doing this. It took about 20 minutes including hold time, but I was able to process the $1 payment to extend the balance by 30 days.
