Spin the wheel came back yesterday. It stopped on 4500 yesterday but I got nothing. Now it stopped on 4500 again as you can see but I did not get the points. I think that is fraud.

Multiple people have reported this in the rewards thread. I got it twice so far myself. The wheel is broken.

Not only not getting awarded points on the Wheel, but the poll (even though moved and I had found it) didn't reward me twice now. Luckily I have enough points for another year of service - if they let me use them to make a purchase...

Kind of funny that last night I got a response from AlexTrac bot in response to my message that states that they are looking into the issue. I don't personally use Tracfone and I know it is merely an automated response, albeit useless for me.

Same here. I gave them a chance by calling like Alex said to do, but they could not help me with the Chromebook that my wheel gave me since their system did not seen me winning one.

i got multiple messages from Alex concerning this.

states that multiple people are complaining of the same thing and they are looking into it, also asked me to contact support but support was no help. chat insisted I had to get a call back, i said i would call in instead(every time I have accepted a callback the callback is to be placed on a long hold - most ridiculous thing I can imagine) person I spoke too said they could not see any record of my wheel spins.

It’s now twice for me, too. 9000 points, didn’t receive them.

Thanks for letting us know the offered “assistance” was useless.

I won’t waste even more time, reading bot messages or calling them.
