That's remarkable. In any event even when I switched to Cloudfare's DNS the page just basically froze indefinitely. I had to to use my isp's DNS to make the post. However, using a anti-fingerprinting extension probably didn't help.
I've gotten the Cloudfare page a few times lately. I think it's because I was changing my signature a lot in a few Hofo sessions.
Visible (by Verizon) receive $20 off the first month. Please use referral code: 36csHv - https://www.visible.com/get/?36csHv
I will be Judged on how I helped the poor, sick & others in need; strangers & loved ones alike.
My plans:
Visible (Verizon) UTTD $25/mo
T-Mobile Gold Rewards $10yr exp 12.25.23
FreedomPop (AT&T) Target $4.99 once 100 TTD a month each 29th
Do you mean your signature profile or browser signature? If it's the latter, than I believe that would falsely trigger Cloudefare. Browsers leave fingerprints even if you disable cookies.
Even now, if I use privacy extensions, I'm booted out of Howards. This is very unusual and I believe Howard admis are overreacting.
"Do you mean your signature profile or browser signature?"
My signatures message. Not the browser.
When was this, recently? Many, many years ago?
This is not an issue up for interpretation or further explanation.
It was a few years ago and it was really bad from nitwit hackers. HoFo would be unusable for days at a time every few weeks. They did something to stop that. Cloudflare apparently is part of that.
We don't want to go back to the way it was - not that we have any choice in the matter.
As I mentioned above, I'm not a fan of Cloudfare. They claim to be our guardians, but they mess up our browsing experience if we care about our privacy and use VPNs, anti-fingerprinting, anti-tracking tools, etc. Even their own DNS servers don't help with sites that rely on them.
Back in the day, Howard rocked. This site had some issues with being biased and lax with moderation, but I think the site got better eventually. Too bad it's all over now. Reddit has taken over the Internet, and so have Trump and Boris Johnson cultists and emulators. The world has gone crazy.
I am afraid this topic is no longer up for discussion. Thread closed.
