International calls with paygo plan

Apparently I can text but not talk using the paygo plan.



Do I need to purchase the Global Calling Card to make international voice calls?

Yes. I used a paygo line this way once upon a time. Note that you'll be charged the paygo .06/min plus the deduction from the calling card. Some of their monthly plans include some international call and text credit and could be a better deal if you text and call international a lot.
