    Handset with standard Sim size

I have an older flip phone -Sony- on Gold rewards legacy plan. An emerg phone. It takes a standard size sim. Does anyone know any currently sold phones that use a standard size sim. 4g. Can be flip, slider, bar, etc.
I am aware I can get sim changed but if I can just pop it in new phone easier.

    Thanks-Tim

Get a 3in1 replacement SIM. Then use it in whatever phone you want.
Visible (by Verizon) receive $20 off the first month. Please use referral code: 36csHv - https://www.visible.com/get/?36csHv

I will be Judged on how I helped the poor, sick & others in need; strangers & loved ones alike.

    My plans:
    Visible (Verizon) UTTD $25/mo
    T-Mobile Gold Rewards $10yr exp 12.25.23
    FreedomPop (AT&T) Target $4.99 once 100 TTD a month each 29th

I had a similar situation. Gold rewards legacy with Standard Sim from 2007; instead of changing sim, I used a Sim cutter to cut it down to smaller size:

Much to my surprise, till this day, it still works fine in all the modern smartphones I've put it in but if I ever want to use the phone with any data, I will need to contact T-mo for a sim swap as that old standard sim is voice only for some reason.

Ime I've cut SIMs 3x & all 3x failed even though they looked perfect.

Seems like every phone is nano size these days.

I have successfully cut a standard down to a mini, but the nanos seem to be a little thinner.

The OP's thread topic would be like going to your ordinary gas station and asking if they sell leaded gasoline for your car manufactured in 1970.
    Just another day in paradise.....

You have to sand the non-metal side with fine sand paper (~240 grit). It works.

SIM size: Standard (name card size) > Mini > Micro > Nano (thinner)
