    $ 399

to see any devices or plans you need to put in an email address and and address that has coverage available

seems that nearly any address now qualifies even if not in a DISH 5G coverage area

I don't know what gotchas go with the $399 price tag to get it unlocked & if this version will work with all 3 carriers. But the $399 price is half price what I've found elsewhere.

A full year of service, to get unlocked

and likely a DISH-specific model so VZW compatibility would IMO be most unlikely.

And perhaps not on their whitelist even if RF compatible

Too bad. I'm dreaming but all phones sold by carriers once unlocked should work with any other carrier.

If you walk into a store and are a new customer - its $199.99
If you walk into a store and are an existing customer - it's $249.99
If you buy it online it's -$399

    Retails for $799.99 at motorola.com

1 year of continuous active service with Boost and they will unlock it.

that is prepaid Boost Mobile pricing

to get Project Genesis the phone needs to be purchased as part of the signup process. Prepaid boost though would be the cheapest route to get the device future unlocking.

Boost is activating as Dish first choice for data with an esim now so what is the difference network wise?

Source for your info on Dish eSIM availability, please.

Anyone I have read using an iPhone on Boost Mobile or Boost Infinite either gets an eSIM that has AT&T IMSI (majority of eSIMs activated on Boost are this) or T-Mobile IMSI, but not a SIM with a Dish IMSI of 313340. eSIM isn’t available on Android devices on a Dish brand, other than those previously sold by Project Genesis. The only known eSIMs with a Dish IMSI have been the ‘hidden’ eSIM of S22 devices Project Genesis sold, although this might change with the Edge+ 2023.

As for The Edge+ 2023, only the Boost and Project Genesis sold models will currently be able to access Dish 5G spectrum. Dish is whitelisting primarily by IMEI now, according to those on Reddit attempting to use rainbow SIMs on other devices.

yes, i believe it is BUT Project Genesis does not support any BYOD even to include re-acts of phones previously sold if reports i have read are correct. so if you want PG you need to buy the phone as part of the signup process with no exceptions.

DISH 5G activations are only limited markets and handset for Boost and no eSIM at this time, just physical 'Rainbow SIMs' for Boost Mobile branded(whitelisted IMEI) Moto G 5G, Moto G Stylus(2022), Moto EDGE + (2022 & 2023), Samsung a23 and Celero 5G +

interestingly checking address around the country on Project Genesis availability if much wider for PG than Boost at least for right now. seems DISH does not mind selling PG to people who will be predominantly roaming on ATT/T-Mobile where as DISH 5G on Boost is only being sold in market where the network is already up and running.

I called Project Genesis to ask about upgrading my Galaxy S22 to the 2023 Motorola Edge+, and they told me that they actually have no way of doing that — their systems literally do not have a mechanism to upgrade a customer's device. The only way to upgrade is to create a whole new account.

I asked the rep to check whether it's possible to transfer my banked free months of service to a new account, but she won't know until she can check tomorrow and then call me back to tell me. Hopefully it can be done.

I also asked her to ask whether Dish has n70 in my area, and if not, whether the engineers are planning to deploy it here in the near future.
