Galaxy with Dual SIM AND Esim

    Hi all,

I've tried using the search function but I couldn't really find what I am looking for and decided to post the question here.
My family and I (4 phones) are currently with Fido (Canadian Provider). My phone is Galaxy S10 International Hong Kong Version with Dual SIM where my wife and kids have local provider's phones with single SIM slot.
Now... We all would like to update our phones from S8 and S10s to any S20/S21/S22 (not ultra or big ones) but with the following included (not sure if it's possible)
*Physical Dual SIM AND Esim capability
    *Prefer Snapdragon CPU

What I couldn't really find in my search is how exactly Physical SIM slots and Esim work (I mean combination). Is it possible to have what I mentioned, Dual SIM with Esim? Also, how many sims (combined physical and esim can work together at the same time)?
As mentioned above we'd like to have a Snapdragon phones with 2 physical sims and esim feature as when we go to Europe and traveling to multiple countries I don't want to be changing sims all the time.

Please advise what the best option for my needs would be and why. Also, anything that I didn't ask and may be useful is very appreciated.

    Thank you all!!!
    dj

I have never heard of a phone with dual pSIM working that also supports eSIMs.

Nor any modern phone that allows more than two active SIM at a time of any kind

One pSIM and one eSIM each at a time is the norm for modern dual SIM.

Me neither. But not a bad idea.

After doing more research looks like there are some options...

For those who don't mind larger screen see below.
    *SM-G916B/DS (S23 Plus 6.6in)
    *SM-G918B/DS (S23 Ultra 6.8in)
Since these come with bigger screen than regular S22 (6.1in) they won't work for me.

For those who wants powerful phone with screen 6.1in see below.
However, later I have found regular S23 with physical Dual SIM and eSIM feature as well, model SM-G911B/DS but they are very hard to find online. I've even tried WondaMobile where I got my current S10 (with dual SIM) but they don't have model SM-G911B/DS anymore in stock.

    Note:
On these Dual SIM models (DS) 2 SIMs can work at the same time regardless of combination:
    *2 physical SIMs
    *1 physical SIM and 1eSIM
    *2 eSIMs

Now, does anybody has an idea where else to look for that specific model (SM-G911B/DS).

You better verify the candidate model actually is compatible with your intended service providers.

Maybe in Canada less of an issue being more international

but I would reco just getting the S23 variant you want, intended for the Canada market and network unlocked.

My old S10 is international version and works perfectly fine anywhere and North America, Europe, Japan, UAE...
Based on that I'm pretty sure the new s23 International Version should work fine as well.
I just a question of where to find that specific model with physical dual SIM as well as eim feature.
