Have they announced any plans to expand coverage? National roaming with Bell/Telus or Ice Wireless?
Anything that might improve Freedom Mobile's footprint outside Videotron's area?

Wind -> Freedom -> Shaw -> Videotron
Its official; Videotron now owns Freedom
Lots of promises (cheaper prices coming, more data coming) but only time will tell
I cross posted as these forums need to be updated now (no longer "powered by Shaw" and no longer a "regional" provider after the handover

Just this
https://www.thestar.com/business/202...one-bills.htmlFreedom Mobile customers can also soon expect to see an end to dropped calls when travelling outside their home coverage area.
Quebecor also makes claims about more data and 20% reduction in costs (to be fair; we all expect this on NEW plans not grandfather plans though)
It says to maintain grandfather plans at least 5 years (and after this???)
The BIG news for us though is 5G is coming
