    I was looking for the VVM settings you posted in post #13. But now I believe they are phone specific to Samsung phones.

    I have tried all the setting and clearing cache and date along with having Visible reset my VM and I still do not get visual VM. If anyone knows a way to get Visual VM to work on a Galaxy S21 plus with Visible let me know.

    I would have to think that Visual Voice Mail has to be enabled on the account at the provider's billing system and not a feature you can merely enable on the phone until it has been provisioned by the carrier. Not merely an app you can download to the phone.
