What happened to Puppy Wireless?

I've used Puppy Wireless for years with no problems. Recently they removed any ability to speak to customer support by phone. All communication (when it occurs) must be done by email and their "trouble tickets" that can be submitted through their customer web portal. I was trying to change my cell phone to a newer model, but I am getting very little response from anyone at the company. I finally decided to change my carrier and I needed to get some port out information from them in order to keep my current phone number, but I'm not getting any response about that either.

Does anyone know what the story might be with Puppy Wireless and their disappeared customer service?

No, it's still in business, at least as of yesterday when I pulled my last line off and my account was eliminated.

I have had several instances within the past month where positive balances were turned into negative ones and services were suspended. Got them fixed and then texts stopped working.

My SIL ported the phone over to her VZW business account yesterday.
