My wife and I are planning on a visit to Canada's Banff National Park in the summer of next year. We plan on being outside the United States for about three weeks, which equals to most of our 30 day service period. I( was wondering, does At&t Prepaid have any limits on roaming outside the US? My plan is the $300 Yearly 8GB Plan.

There's no official limit with AT&T. The AT&T $300 plan will work just fine for the trip you describe.
