Flash an Orbic RC2200L

I have an Verizon Orbic flip phone (4G)
Model # RC2200L
SW Build Number= ORB2200L_v1.4.2_BVZ
Kernel Version= 3.18.71-perf
Baseband Version=
MPSS.JO
3.1 -00136-8909_GEN_pack-1

and something is wrong with the system so I would like to flash it with
the OS. Anyone know where I can find a ROM that would work
and it would be helpful to have a step by step

What kind of problems are you having with the phone? There may be a way to fix it without reflashing the OS.

Would like to know how to flash this cheap POS Orbic phone as well. Bought a couple from HSN. However, one of the two doesn't have any IMEI and fails to recognize the SIM card. was hoping to restore the IMEI # by reflashing, unless there is some other way. thanks much.

The phone seems to work but it will not connect to the service,
I had installed an internet filter on this phone which takes over the OS
so I am assuming that it is blocking some updates from happening and that is why it has no service.
That is why I wanted to try to reinstall the original OS and start over.
