It should work. Can you post your APN settings?

Hi,
I've been enjoying '1X Mobile Browser Unlimited' on 3G on my Bell plan for many years, most recently with a Pixel 4a. When upgrading phones, I would simply swap my SIM and was good to go. Today I tried putting my SIM into a Pixel 6a but cannot get any mobile data to work. The Bell connection only shows 'H' where on the 4a it shows 'H+'. As far as I can tell, the settings on both phones are the same. I can make phone calls with the 6a. Online appears to show that both phones support the same bands for 3G.
Does anyone have any thoughts or guesses why the Pixel 6a would not be able to get 1x browsing? Or some developer setting or something that might be disabling this?
Thanks.

Both phones show the same, a single APN:
Bell Mobility
pdn.bell.ca
Oh, there are more settings when I pick it, let me double check. Thanks.
Use pda.bell.ca, and I would also enable dual stack IPv4/IPv6
Sorry, pdn was a typo. They were both using pda.bell.ca. I found two settings were different.
Pixel 4a:
APN Protocol: IPv4/IPv6
APN Type: default,mms,supl,dun,hipri,ia
Pixel 6a:
APN Protocol: IPv6
APN Type: default,mms,supl,dun,hipri,xcap
I wasn't able to edit the APN settings on the 6a but was able to make a new one. I copied all of the settings from the 4a to the new APN on the 6a and selected it and was able to get a H+ symbol and data worked.
Thanks!!
Glad to hear it. IPv4 was your issue. Legacy plans require it.
As for APN type, I wouldn't worry about it. You only need "default" for data usage, and mms, which is self explanatory. The others are for special log collection or remote updates from the carrier.
Is there a way to get LTE or 5G on these legacy plans?
