It’s possible that if your former Carrier was Verizon or a Verizon MVNO they need to “release” your eSim so it doesn’t show in service in Verizon’s system

I signed up for Visible's 15 day trial. After calls and chats with tech support along with contacting Visible Care via Twitter, they can't figure out why their app won't correctly install an eSIM on my iPhone. I have had many other eSIMs from other carrier. Visible is the only one that can't seem to figure it out.
My specific error messages are:
