I can't help but why not just purchase from Target online? They go on discount just about every 4-5 weeks. Same with Kroger, though taxes/fees varies with your location (unlike Target's no add'l charges across the board).

Last week, I ordered $100 in minutes for my AT&T phone. Instead of receiving a PIN so I could fill my account, I got an error message as to possibilities why my order didn't go through. I also got an email alert from my credit card company that my order actually did go through.
The next day, I got an email from Callingmart. Here it is:
"Thank you for doing business with us.
We apologize but we currently do not have a $100 AT&T refill PIN available. May we ask for your AT&T phone number where you want this payment added so we can load it for you directly instead of getting a PIN.
Looking forward to hearing from you. Stay safe!
Sincerely,
Avi
Callingmart Customer Service"
Does this sound legit? I wrote to them asking for clarification, but got no response. I finally ended up sending them my phone number because my account balance is about to expire, so now I'm desperate.
Has anyone else experienced this?

F**k Callingmart ever since they changed their policies for refills. The last order I did with them was to use up all my points that I had accumulated. Now it is Target all the way using the Target CC to get an extra 5% off. When they go on sale I purchase enough to get to the next big sales day, for me I purchased 6 months worth to get me into December.
I've actually been using Callingmart since getting a cellphone. At the time, I was originally going to just buy minute cards at Walmart, but then noticed that CM wouldn't charge sales tax like Walmart would. If I go through Target, there would be sales tax there too. It's 5.5% where I live.
Also, the price of the PIN for a $100 card at CM is $98. Anywhere else, it's $100, plus $5.50 more for tax. It used to be only $89 at CM. I miss those days.
I've never yet seen target.com charge sales tax on refill cards with email delivery.
Has that changed?
Target.com does not charge sales tax on refill cards with email delivery based on an order last week.
I switched from Callingmart to Pinzoo when CM sent a message to saying they couldn't fill the order. I buy refills for H20 which runs on AT-T towers. Maybe you can try Pinzoo. It accepts Paypal.
