    I noticed Tracfone's "Freudian slip" regarding add-a-line points when I spun the wheel today. I got the usual "So Close", but get this, underneath the "so close", it said

    "Want more chances at winning 10K - add a line"

    Want more chances!!? -- So Tracfone wants people to take a chance at getting 10K points when they add a line! No wonder people have been having so much trouble getting their add-a-line points!

    Great news! Congrats!! We learned/confirmed something today: 1) FCC complaint works, 2) there IS a Rewards Dept., and 3) an agent can add more than 6K per day.

    Great news hpham. Do you mind including the specific FCC site you used to log the complaint that finally got things resolved when you got the run around from TracFone?

    https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us . Select "Phone". Under "Subject", I keyed in "False Advertising". Under "Phone Issues", use the pull-down menu to select "Billing". Under "Phone Billing Sub Issues", select "Other".

    I tried that Tracfone number (it states to enter pin) and they answered as the FCC complaint department.

    Good suggestion by sillyette to try that (contact FCC) and great results.

    Without an FCC complaint on record to light a fire under their feet, they probably won't be as helpful.

    But there will be an FCC complaint if they do not help you. Best they head off your complaint to the FCC. But who knows with TF?
