    For NIB phones, I sell to BuyBackBoss or ItsWorthMore.

    Yah I am glad wct is back, I gave up and I tried ebay, sure enough wct was back in a few days lol
    would have got more at wct surpisingly now that final sale is done with ebay with fees etc, on another phone waiting still
    on buyback boss haven't heard back from them.

    Itsworthmore.com. I will keep in mind as a option thanks!

    it seems like buybackboss tends to nickel and dime sometimes overall and play more games I have liked wct better, guess will
    see when I get my offer from buyback.. of course I don't sell alot of phones like some others on the forum hehe there are
    probably other companies out there that are good to ...

    WCT must be having problems with their trade-in values. They're offering $10 for a flawless, unlocked S22 5G .

    I'm not going to read this whole thread, but I haven't heard of any of these companies other than Swappa. I'm inclined to agree with jettable (comment #402) and avoid them. Particularly in light of the negative comments. In defense of Swappa, I recently sold a phone there and it was a smooth transaction. I would trust Swappa with a purchase also, even though I haven't made one. I seems much more reliable than dealing with the scam artists on eBay.
    I took the first step toward completing my bucket list. I purchased a bucket.

    Between Jan 2022 and now, here are the numbers of phones I've sold to these companies:
    * Trademore: 14
    * Gizmogo: 1
    * Swappa: 1
    * ItsWorthMore: 2
    * BuyBackBoss: 1
    * WeCellTrade: 16

    I sold a Pixel 7 on Swappa. The transaction was fine, but the charges between Swappa and Paypal were high and disagreeable (why do I have to pay Paypal's fee on Swappa's commission?). I have no problems selling to the other companies

    Swappa is good until you encounter a disgruntled customer. When selling a refurb device you are really at the mercy of the buyer.

    In addition to the list of resellers provided by hpham, I've also had success with the granddaddy of them all, Gazelle.

    This is my 1st attempt to sell a flawles iphone 11 to itsworthmore. Offer was $220, now they lower it to $190. They counter with an excuse of light scratches on the screen and body, which is not accurate. Definitely avoid this company from now on.

    WeCellTrade pulled a similar stunt on me today for iPhone XR. I told them to return the devices to me since I didn't see any "very minor scratches on the screen" when I shipped the devices to them.
    These resellers like to play these lowballing or bait-and-switch games.

    They did same thing with my refurb XR, lowered the value from $169 to $140 due to scratches. I checked and didn't see much higher offer at other resellers, so I accepted $140. $29 doesn't make me poorer.

    For the refurb XRs processed this week, WCT pulled the same stunt on all of us. The coincidence is uncanny. Clearly, they want to avoid paying the original higher offer. After every website meltdown, WCT engages in some pricing shenanigans
    Is WCT becoming another iCellGlobal? We need more data points to confirm.

    Thanks for this report! I’m not sending them anymore phones! Enough with these shenanigans.

    Got paid full offered price ($227), yesterday for an I11 so just sent another with a $257 offer. Will get there early next week.

    The box, label and bubble wrap WCT was supposed to send me hasn’t arrived yet so maybe if I hear that the shenanigans have stopped I’ll change my mind. Wishing my time machine worked so I could go back and take advantage of that Google Fi trade in towards a S23 Ultra, I’m still salty over missing that deal!

    Does it really take 5-7 business days for BBB to process an order? I sent in a brand new unlocked/sealed iPhone 11 and they received it yesterday. My first time selling. I am waiting for payment before doing the next or trying other companies.

    only took a few days for my last one but it's a holiday weekend so it might take longer than usual.
