I got that error earlier today. Tried again a few minutes later and it worked fine.

I can’t login on the app or website tonight. Anyone else having problems?
Specifically I’m trying to access the rewards page. I get the error message below. When I put in my phone number it presents me with a screen requesting signup info. I don’t need a new account.
The website gives me an “invalid ip” error. I turned off my vpn and same issue.

I got that error earlier today. Tried again a few minutes later and it worked fine.
I haven't been able to get to my account for a while now through Firefox. I have to use Chrome (the only thing I use it for).
iPhone 11 on Tracfone/VZW.
I hate Apple. (I really miss Android)
I was able to get in on the app after turning airplane mode on and off. Still doesn’t work on FF or Safari desktop.
This is not encouraging me to remain a customer.

I also can not log in with FireFox. And VPN must be turned off. But Microsoft Edge seems to work OK and I am even able to log into
Chat with a bit of fiddling around the Tracfone website.
I haven't been able to log into my TF account in the app or in a browser (tried 5 different browsers) in weeks. I chatted with them, got a callback and wasted an hour with someone who barely spoke English, still can't log in. "Will be fixed in 24 hours" uh yeah, nope. The password reset links keep going out without a valid token, so it simply dumps you to the TF home page.
Truly inept.
More than likely, there is a temporary issue with the internet site. I don't have a definitive answer. Stuff can happen from time to time.

I can't seem to login using a desktop and Edge at the moment, which is what I normally do. Earlier this morning I was able to login and play (Rewards) games.
I cannot log in to rewards on my PC, the second half of the login I receive...
"! ALERT We are unable to validate the information you provided. Please try again."
Today was my day to win something for the first time in two months. Foiled again by TF on the last chance day to win!
TF site is down, so is TW.
And, see the above when trying to login to rewards. Glad it's not me or my account.
I was just able to use the app and log in to Spin The Wheel for a great big nothing-prize! But I guess my point is, I'm able to log into the TF Android app, in case that means anything to anyone...
I got the same error using Edge, but was able to login using Chrome (took a long time though - icon just kept spinning)
Edit: was able to log in using Edge, but it's very slow as well. Both Chrome and Edge showed an alert message after log-in: "We apologize, but we cannot process your transaction at this time. Please try again later or call us at 1-800-867-7183."
