is it not contiguous? I know down here in California 10MHZ is b71, and 15MHZ is n71. I suspect it's not a contiguous block where I am, and doesn't aggregate

It looks like their winnings are contiguous just like the other carriers. Even if Kingston, Ontario is in "Eastern Ontario" they still have 20 Mhz there.

For FDD spectrum, ISED includes total spectrum for downlink and uplink, but network equipment and phones will only identify paired spectrum as half of that amount.

For example, Rogers has 20 MHz paired in Southern Ontario, but it's listed as 40 MHz (20 for DL, 20 for UL).

In Eastern Ontario, Rogers has 10 MHz paired.

Oh how right you are. Looking in New Brunswick where they have 40 Mhz, it appears on the cell tower locator site as 20 Mhz.

interesting. I know where I currently am , it's pcs 15x15 + aws 20x20 + b12 5x5, b71 10x10, n71 15x15 and tdd b41 2ca 20MHZ, n41 100MHz + 40MHz. as well as another 5MHZ of pcs still on 2g/3g
