    change/downgrade monthly plan?

    Currently have the $30 H2O monthly plan but wish to downgrade to their $20/mo plan. How does one do this? Possible to do it entirely online or must call? Thanks.

    When I changed my sister-in-law's plan from monthly to paygo I did it via chat.
    I'll trust Artificial Intelligence when it can figure out how to cure toenail fungus.
