    I just wanted to follow up to say that I received the Call Detail Records (CDRs) on June 6.

    Yes, it took a lot of effort and PPC seems to have ignored my original CDR Request, which I faxed in. One of the following got their attention finally: filing complaints with the FCC and BBB; writing a letter to the CEO of Tracfone, their parent company; or emailing Verizon’s Investor Relations—Verizon is Tracfone’s parent company. If you want to check the status of a CDR Request, call: +1 800.626.4883 ext. 3324 (Mon - Sun 8:00 AM to 11:45 PM ET). You can send email to [email protected], [email protected], or [email protected] but they never reply.

    No, no law enforcement, judge, or subpoena was involved.

    The number was not spoofed; it belongs to a friend of a friend … who is no longer a friend.
