    How do I disable the passcode for the Microsoft Authenticator?

    I use the Microsoft Authenticator Name:  icon.PNG

Size:  5.7 KB to confirm my log on to Office on my PC. With my old SE 1st Generation I simply tapped on the icon and approved the log on. I upgraded to the SE 2n Generation, downloaded and installed Authenticator and now I tap the icon to confirm but I also get this ...

    ... which requires me to enter my passcode. This isn't necessary and I've looked through the privacy and security settings but I don't see where to disable it.

    I was asked to enter phone passcode for Authenticator every time when I click on it. I thought it's for security purpose.

    I figured it out. If I go into the settings for the app itself I have to option to turn off app lock.
