I know it does on TracFone AT&T.
Have you tried this link to see if your eligible for wifi calling?

Does Tracfone support Wifi calling? My phones are all fairly new Androids, and capable of supporting Wifi calling. However, I've been unable to activate Wifi calling. I'd like to activate Wifi calling on my phones. An iPhone I formerly owned did allow Wifi calling with Tracfone. Is activating Wifi calling something CS can do?
I'll add that the website indicates that they do support it for provisioned phones and SIM cards, but I still can't activate it. The website tool doesn't seem to work.
I know it does on TracFone AT&T.

What phone model and android version? Also which TF carrier are you using? I have WiFi-Calling working on all 3 TF carriers.
My phones are Google Pixels - 5 and 6 Pro, US versions, and a Tracfone Samsung A51. The Pixels are on Android 12. Right now, all of my Tracfone SIMs are newer Verizon SIMs. The link wouldn't work for me.
There is another link here: https://www.tracfone.com/support/wifi-calling but if it's like the other one I don't think it is accurate (returns ineligible for phones that have it) if it even works.
On the A51, you should be able to turn Wi-Fi calling on in settings/connections. Enter emergency address.
Force test it by turning on airplane mode and wifi and then try to make call.
I got the A51 to work. The others - not yet.
All I get from the wifi calling link is:
Alert
Please try again in a couple of minutes. If the problem continues, please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-877-836-2368 for assistance.
Sounds like calling or chatting with CS is the only path. The e911 link says that my phones are not capable of Wifi calling, but they are.
Did you transfer older accounts to the pixels? Sometimes at least in the past older accounts won't allow WF calling to work.
Solution is to call corporate office and ask them to reset (disable and reenable) wifi calling with the account tools.
I've done it with some iPhones but never an Android phone (since it was working with them).
Not 100% sure that (disable/enable) works with Android but may be worth a try.
Or maybe they can just straight up enable it depending on the particular situation with it.

With the pixels, it seems Wi-Fi calling is located in Settings/network & internet/mobile network/advanced/Wi-Fi calling
So you do the same as with A51 and if no work, then you may need to call corporate (don't bother with chat or other numbers).
I have several TF-branded phones (Moto E, Moto G Stylus, two A51s) on TF/Verizon and they have WiFi Calling working. My Pixel 4a with a BYOP TF/Verizon SIM has a setting for WiFi Calling but when I tried to enable it it spun for a while then said unable to activate WiFi Calling. I suspect that TF doesn't enable WiFi Calling for BYOP phones.
My TF/Verizon BYOP iPhones all work.
Don't recall if I fixed them with corporate office help or if transferred in account had it active already.
As I recall recent new lines usually get Wi-Fi calling right away. Hence my TF branded A51 and A20 (and Moto E) were born with it.
Older lines may have trouble branded or not. Perhaps because Wi-Fi calling is often not provisioned or enabled properly on older accounts.
With 2 or more TF branded iPhones I had to call corporate to get it working. These were phones with old accounts.
I could turn Wi-Fi calling on with these phones but they would get the infamous disable airplane mode error when I tried to make call and it just would not work like it should during force test or at all. The fix for them was to have corporate office rep disable and enable Wi-Fi calling on the line via the account tools.
This made Wi-Fi calling work correctly. My iPhones now behave just like my Samsungs with regards to Wi-Fi calling with TF/V.
I fixed 3 or 4 iPhones like this.
I believe once line has it (TF/V - Wi-Fi calling), it will keep it with transfer to BYOP or branded phone.
Again though, I fixed this with iPhones, never an Android so I don't know if it is same process for them. It was also not easy to do as I think one other person who successfully fixed it experienced. Though once you know what to ask for it gets easier. You need a good (smart) rep.
The issue or fix may be different with/for a particular phone but hopefully the corporate office can help in any case.

Not to HiJack this post.
But do you happen to have the corporate phone number you called?
Do you ask for a certain extension or department.
Every time I call the corporate number I have (not sure what it is right now) I get immediately transfered overseas.
I have a new Moto e XT2052DL that I and Tracfone can't seem to get to work for WiFi Calling which was the reason I bought the phone.
Thanks,

Better to call earlier or later with the phone number.
They have call centers that are overseas like in the Phillipines etc. You may get people working at home with roosters and animals and children making sounds in the background.
The message when you call that number states they are open from 8am-5pm est M-F, but in reality I think it is 8am-11:45 pm 7 days a week just enter extension number when prompted.
They should answer something like "Hello you've reached the Tracfone corporate office my name is this and I will be the manager assisting your call/case today".
I"ve had a lot of luck getting iPhone Wi-Fi calling fixed via corporate. I think I fixed 4 or 5 iPhones. I haven't tried doing it with an Android phone. One other person also fixed an iPhone. I think one person did fix an Android phone but I don't know exactly how they did since method was not described. But it was with the corporate office.
With the new Moto phone, did you transfer an account to it?
It seems phones activated as new lines get Wifi calling working straight from the start and transferred accounts don't.
Unless transferred account already had it.
Can you turn on Wi-Fi calling and it just doesn't work? Or can you not turn it on an all and add address etc?
What I would do is call TF corp and explain problem briefly and then ask them to disable the Wi-Fi calling in the account tools and then reenable it since you've heard that this can fix it.
This works for iPhones anyway.
You may need to try a few times since some reps are better than others.
Like I said I'm not 100% sure it will work with Android since I've seen people struggle with it.
