Thread: Can't Login to my PagePlusCellular.com account

    Angry Can't Login to my PagePlusCellular.com account

    I activated about a month ago. Set up an online account at that time.

    Today I needed to add PayGo but couldn't login, so I reset my password and still can't login.

    To be clear, the reset password worked. Twice now.

    I click forgot password, enter email, click button, they say email sent, get email, copy verification code, click verification link, enter new password, they say Success!, I go to login, I can't login. Repeat.

    Any clues? Support is closed. I'll call or chat tomorrow.

    Error message:

    Please check that the username and password fields are complete and try again or visit our Support page for assistance.
    I'm glad I had recently learned about pinzoo.com

    Just tried logging into my account, via my desktop (and Waterfox):
    https://www.pagepluscellular.com/login/

    Worked fine.

    Some folks have noticed past problems with the app, or with different browsers.

    EDIT:
    Just tried the above URL with Firefox. It worked OK too.

    No problem even using the restored MyAccount link on the home page.

    As a heads up, I never wait till the day my plan's due to avoid a panic attack. I usually refill a couple days prior. On PayGo the balance rolls over and what's a couple days lost over 120 renewing early.
    I do all my bill paying online and do it in advance of due dates because I've found any company site can be down sometime or get buggy.

    Also, I think you can refill without logging into your account. Just from the main page refill. Just asks for your phone number.

    Yes. That is paying your refill "As A Guest".

    Thanks everyone for your replies. I finally figured out what happened, no thanks to phone support, lol.

    Even though I had an online account, I had never purchased anything with it, therefore, I couldn't login first unless I was making the purchase. My "error" was trying to login first before I made my purchase.

    This unique situation came about because of this odd timeline:
    1. I activated and paid for my first plan over the phone.
    2. At that time, a month ago, I walked through purchasing a refill including the part where you checkout and create a login
    3. Yesterday, from a different device, I tried to login and it wouldn't let me -- and my cart was empty because I was using a different device
    4. When I got back on my PC at home I noticed that the refill was still in my cart, with my phone number assigned to the refill
    5. from the cart when I click "Checkout Now" that page allows me to login!


    Specifically, the page that allowed me to login was this:
    https://www.pagepluscellular.com/cart/sign-in/

    If your cart is empty, there is no login.

    If there's something in your cart, a login appears -- and that login worked for me.
