I'm considering getting a Bluetooth (non-cellular) Samsung 3 or 4 smartwatch but have a question I have not been able to answer. Does the phone do something to notify the wearer (e.g. beep or click) in the event that it loses connection to the phone?

I have a question no one has even attempted to answer. Can the galaxy watch 4 read text messages out loud like an Apple Watch can on command? If I could fine a wear os watch that does that id leave Apple in a quick minute. Thanks
