Yes, I apologize for not recognizing / mentioning both methods.

On Edge, go to https://www.pagepluscellular.com/activate/, click on the little padlock to the left of the URL, deselect "Tracking prevention for this site", and refresh 1, 2, or 3 times, until the red chat button will appear.

Hi, I chatted with a live agent on 3/11/2022 around 7pm EST, had no problem getting through, just had to wait a few minutes for the agent. I'm upgrading my phone, too, but the sim size is the same for my new one as it is for my old one, so I can just put the sim in the new phone. At the end of the chat, there was this message, in case you need to know the CS agent hours:
Thank you for chatting with Page Plus. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact one of our customer care representatives at 1-800-550-2436. For your convenience, our representatives are available Monday-Sunday from 8:00 AM to 11:45 PM EST

Thanks for confirming that chat and simply moving your sim to a new phone is still alive and well with PagePlus.
