Something happened to my account last week. My balance expired and got zeroed out.
I refill my Legacy Gold Rewards Paygo account every year around the end of August and I always verify the expiration date:

Last/earlier this week, my account balance expired and zeroed. Took two calls to CSRs to get it fixed. Seems I only got overseas representatives.

My account was migrated to the new Rebellion system, and the first rep said I needed to refill every three months, but reinstated my balanced, and cautioned me to refill soon.
The second rep dug deeper into my account. For some reason, the Gold Rewards status dropped off the account. Don't know if it was due to be migration error. She can see when I last refilled, but seems to be unable to see my 10+ years of refills and questioned my Gold Rewards status. Took 30+ minutes to created an error ticket.
Also, #225# #BAL# doesn't work anymore, only #999# and doesn't give the expiration date. I don't feel like making a web account to check the status, but maybe I need to.
