Process to transition from FirstNet => back to unlimited plus multi line

My agency has issued me a FirstNet phone, so Iím considering transitioning my personal phone and watch back to my Unlimited Plus line. Itíll save me a little $$ as well. Iíd be lying if I didnít say the recent addition of 5G to the unlimited plus plans wasnít influencing me, despite its mediocre performance.

Is that a challenging or frustrating experience? I suppose thereís no online/automated way to do it. Or is the consensus that Iím better off on FirstNet despite the price difference?

Is my best bet to head into the store?

    Thanks
