Thanks, hpham. Neither of our balances are large enough to get her the year of service, it'd only work if they could be combined. Appreciate your help, as always.

I ordered refurb iPhone 11's 6 days ago and did not receive a confirmation email. I did check on the order number that I received upon finishing the transaction on tracfone's order lookup site. It says pending remote fulfillment. Wondering if folks have had similar issues ordering refurbs in the past week and if I should be concerned that this order will not be completed?

I'm having difficulty answering the poll for 50 points when I log in to a new account. I've waited the 15 days since I've answered a poll for that account, but as soon as I click the poll it says I've already answered the poll even though I haven't answered that poll from that account. It looks like it's somehow picking that I answered the poll in another account. I've tried Chrome icognito mode, and clearing the cache from Edge browser and even logging in via the mobile phone app and it still shows the poll has been answered.
It looks like the difficulty started last week.
Has anyone found a way to answer the poll?
Just need to go back and forth, till it clears.
Sometimes reloading the poll page fixes that.
What I do on my Chrome book is to delete all Tracfone cookies, so that I'm logging on clean. Otherwise the rewards info from one account will look like its on my other account.
Thanks for all of the suggestion regarding getting the poll to work. It finally worked today on the various accounts.
Am looking to use points to get a phone and have a few questions:
[1] Can I use a $200 off code on a $199.99 phone? (I guess I'll still need to pay $$ for tax etc.)
and related
[2] all phones say "PLAN PURCHASE REQUIRED!" do I really have to buy a plan even if I'm to replace existing one (and checked "I am upgrading my phone")?
[3] it asks me to enter a phone# for "I am upgrading my phone". Will the new phone be tied to that number or I can use it on another line?
[4] what is a "reconditioned" phone? is it a real refurb (that went through tests/cleaning) or just a customer return? I've read reviews complaining problem with activation; is that a bigger problem with "reconditioned" (like they did not clean up the record in their system etc.) or just the general TF mess one randomly fall into?
Thanks!!!
1. You can use a $200 code for a $199.99 phone and pay no sales tax because there's no money charged for the phone.
2. Most if not ALL refurb phones require an airtime purchase, and that airtime is preloaded to that phone.
3. Usually, I select "I'm a new customer" so the phone won't be tied to any account automatically by TF.
4. Reconditioned is the same as Refurbished. Most of the time they're perfect and you can't tell a TF refurb phone from a brand-new one. Sometimes TF failed to clean a refurb phone's record and it can be messy if the phone was previously activated before 11/23/21 and falls into the 12-montg unlocking requirement.
Thanks!
So I would need to get airtime even if I don't need it ... can that be done via points? (I doubt it but I don't know much about the rewards)
