Got it. Yes, you can use the unlocked Moto G Pure on RedPocket any time, but do not put the SIMs of these two G Pure in any other phone. Also it not recommended to combine lines before the points of TCL become available. TCL should be eligible for unlock on day 60 regardless what you do with the Moto. If you are going to move one Moto's balance to the other, the original SIM needs to be inside the phone. TF will send a verification to the donor phone before proceeding to move balance.

I didn't have a SIM handy to check if the phones I recently unlocked were in fact successfully unlocked. When I dial the unlock number (#83865625#) the phone displays a message saying the phones are unlocked.

If I want to use the tracfone SIM with any other phone, do I have to get a BYOD sim each time?

If the Tracfone SIM has active service and you put it in other phone, TF may deactivate the line, which may impact any pending points. Do not sim swap.

Are you aware that when you reach 20,000 points you can turn them in for a code for $300.00 off the price of a new Tracfone(s) from the Tracfone site?

Maybe I'll keep working to see if I can convince them...
You could get refurb iPhone SE 2020's at $95 each plan purchase required.
They are smaller than the XR or iPhone 11 (avail) but bigger than SE 2016. They also have touch ID (non physical) just like the SE 2016 (physical). The SE 2020 will be supported longer than the XR. The SE 2016 is on its last version of iOS - iOS 15. The SE 2020 can be upgraded to the currently available iOS 16 and beyond.

Took two more Chats but everything is good now and points are pending. Thanks again all!

Thanks a lot for the feedback. I guess I need to research, but does the Phone SE 2020 have a physical fingerprint scanner? I don't understand the "They also have touch ID (non physical) just like the SE 2016 (physical)" part of your response.

Maybe I should just buy three refurb Phone SE 2020 phones with a $300 code to have in reserve, and I could even use 1 to finally play with iOS myself.

Actually it is the home button that the touch ID (fingerprint sensor) is built into that is physical/mechanical on the iPhone SE 2016. On the SE 2020, the home button is a static button and when you press down on it, you get a haptic click instead of it actually physically pressing downward like on the SE '16. They both work the same otherwise.

I think since iPhone 7 all the touch ID/home buttons have been like this.

When I switched from iPhone SE 2016/iPhone 6S to the SE 2020 I was like what is this. But now I actually like it better.

I cannot figure out how to actually use the promo codes. I've attempted to redeem both $50 and $300 codes several times, paying the balance of the purchase with different credit cards, and every time I get a message stating that my payment was declined. Tried making the purchase while logged in, tried in incognito as a new customer, tried making the purchase over the phone with a rep, tried Visa and Amex credit cards with different banks, all with the same result. The bank has no record of the charge even being attempted, so the payment is not actually being declined. The attempted purchase locks the promo code and I have to call and have the billing department redeposit the points.

I've searched this thread but I'm at a loss. Is there some issue that could cause this or trick to successfully order that I'm not aware of?

Are you redeeming only one code at a time? It says it supports multiple codes but as far as I know it actually doesn't.

    * Is the shipping address the same as the credit card billing address?
    * I've heard of a few cases where the buyer's credit cards kept getting rejected, which sounds they were blacklisted. But they don't know why and TF wouldn't say why.

Yes, the shipping and billing address are the same. Just tried shipping to a different address, paid with PayPal, and that finally worked. I did try PayPal before as well and that also declined. So it seems my address is blacklisted for some reason? I've ordered to this address in the past from Total Wireless and SafeLink but nothing in the past 6 months.

    Thanks for the guidance.
