Interesting. Must be a really recent change, I got my 50 for FB on 9/18 using the iOS app. I wonder if it's due to a tracking/privacy protection setting.

Yes, still possible. I did it on 9/21 for multiple accounts. It no longer gives you a message when you click the Facebook and Twitter links that you received 50 points. However, when you check your activity, you'll see it added.

The image shown is based on the web site. There was no message saying I had received the max already and no message saying I had won. That lead me to believe it wasn't recognized.

With the android app, I was presented with the log in, so I thought I had to. I logged in and posted whatever was there for text and it said I won 50 points.

Yes, it fooled me too. Then I tried in the iOS app and pressed the Facebook and Twitter icons and nothing happened, and I thought it was dead. But then I checked the Activity and I had received the two line items for 50 points. So that's the only place I think you know.

Microsoft's Bing Rewards is very reliable. I use it to get $5 Walmart gift card, usually do-able in a little over 30 days. It doesn't give points for phone service though!

Oh, yeah, that's a great program and you can redeem for a lot more than just Walmart. I've used it for Amazon and Target, but there's all kinds of stuff you can cash points in on like streaming networks and specialty stores (or you can be a better person than me and donate to charity). I just checked my history and I've gotten $365 in gift cards in about 5 or 6 years. I spend about a minute a day answering their little polls and trivia questions, plus I pile up points from clicking news links at the bottom of their home page, which has the added benefit of getting news from a wider variety of sources. I don't even have Bing Rewards set up on my phone, so I'm not even maximizing the points I could get.

[I] haven't tried the Retards (oops) rewards program in a month so I thought I'd give it a whirl...TAT/wheel, get social ( I have NEVER been able to post on the facebook, NEVER!!) X wanted me to sign into X,(don't subscribe to X ), get social I got 50 points (by copying and pasting the header on that page), memory game I finished in 14 seconds (my personal best!) and I got 11 (that's God's honest truth!) points!
Please please please don't rat me out to Tracfone Alex, at the rate I'm accumulating points I'll have to live to be 100 and that's nearly 25 years away.

Is it still possible to remove inactive lines using the iPhone app? I know you can't on the website (says its inactive) but I thought you could login via the app and there would be an option to delete/remove. I don't see it, unless I'm clicking on the wrong spot?

I'm still getting 140 points a month -- 2x50 Social Share (no login required), 20 points for the 100 character message to TracFone, 10 points for the Video Watch and 10 points for the Matching game. Only the matching game and the message both now explicitly say points earned, but the other activities do show the points despite no message showing points earned. The 'Spin The Wheel' has given me at most 1 point in all the times I've used it throughout Sept.

In the app, when you press the three dots on top right of each line/device, you can delete it if you are given the options (see details or delete). If it goes directly to line details (showing inactive), you need to contact support to remove it. They would want to send a verification code though, and I’d ask the agent to send it to an active line in the account.

You don't need to leave it on there. You'll just have to have customer service remove it if the option doesn't come up in the app as Crazy8SD described.

It's not a difficult process. I usually chat with the rep, give them an active phone number that is on my account so they can send a code to that line. Then tell them the inactive device that I want removed and they can delete it pretty quickly.

My account has 20+ referrals so the code changes with each referral. I made referrals in June (vested) and August and got 7K points each time. However, I only got 5K points for a referral this week. I wonder if the counter has been reset or TF is rewarding 5K points from now on regardless of tiers (1: 5K, 2-4: 6K, 5+: 7K). Will find out when I have another referral. (not complaining. I am happy I can still get referral points for this account.) Anyone got 7K referral points recently?

Same for me. I also have 20+ referrals. My last two referrals only earned 5K. I suspect referrals now only get 5K regardless of the number of past referrals. I'm also curious to know if anyone is still getting 7K.

I decided to follow up on this. I had done a couple of additional referrals and only got 5K points on each. So I called TF and got connected to one of their competent reps. I asked if the referral program rules had changed or if it was a system glitch. He told me it was a system error. He said he corrected it and he manually added the missing points. I checked my account and he did in fact add the missing points. I won't know if it's truly fixed until I do another referral...
