On the web site it comes up during checkout, not as an airtime page add-on.
5000 points for just the days would be better than 12,500 points for the days with very little airtime included.

I see it on the website during checkout offered along with other things like 1 GB of data and the ILD calling card under "more for your device", but not during checkout on the iOS app or under any of those purchase options. Just a confirm button and I didn't go that far since I didn't want to make/risk a purchase.

I installed the iOS app on my Tracfone branded SE, and went all the way to the final confirm button without seeing the $49.99/yr option when buying airtime with rewards points. But I did see PayAsYouGo cards, so I can buy the 400x3 minute one year card for 10,000 points (at least they have my iPhone enrolled in triple minutes, which beats the $125 annual smartphone card), or I can buy four 19.99 cards for 8000 points.

It looks like 180 minutes x 4 + 500 minutes + 390 days for 9500 points beats the 10,000 point 365 day plan.
If you don't want the unlimited plans, the $19.99 card remains the best way to buy days, and the $15 card is a good way to buy data, texts and minutes with some days thrown in.

Me too. 365 days for 4999 points is better than 360 days for 7996 points. (it says it's going to charge you 2000 points for a $19.99 card, but when you confirm the transaction it takes 1999 points)

I just checked and my reward points for my initial referral have moved from pending to available. I now have enough points to purchase something when purchasing is available.

I checked my points using the Tracfone app on my android phone. I noticed a couple of new options under earn points. The spin a wheel to win points was available but it said I had already spun for today?? A scratch and win option was also offered but there was no way to scratch? Anyone seen or used these options?

It looks like they're using the iPhone app for beta testing, and closing loopholes as they notice them.

Now you can only do one redemption per day, or maybe one per phone per day. If you do a redemption in an account with only one phone in it, you're told there are no valid phones in the account when you try to redeem more.

Note: Customers are able to join the program and earn points, but will not be able to redeem points until after December 2020.

I believe it previously stated "after November"

"After December 2020" is still pretty vague.

New points stay "unredeemable" for 30 to 60 days.

FYI, upgraded my phone and got 63 big points.

Watch out when you want to get your 50 points for responding to a poll, as it's very easy to not get the reward.

It looks like you can answer a new poll as soon as it is posted but if you have answered the last poll less than 15 days ago, your points are not recorded. You cannot then answer the poll again when it has been 15 days; you are locked out, losing any possibility to claim those points. It would be good if at least they told you that you were not ready to answer the new poll so you had a chance to claim, but no, just loss.


BTW did anyone else see the banner than announced both Spin and Scratch will be back from Black Friday to Cyber Monday? I just saw it once but it is the kind of promo Tracfone would think is cutting edge marketing.

I see 1000 texts for 500 points (in the iPad app), and 1 GB data for 1000 points; the rewards page still shows 1 GB for 500 points (coming RSN!)

Is that the same thing you're seeing?

Yep, the sample offers (not available yet) show half the actual price on data. I get the feeling it will not be 500 points per GB in the foreseeable future.
