    My.Freedompop.com is not available for me either.

    If I try to open the FP Messaging app it says "error communicating with server".

    for me my.freedompop.com is freezing on a 'loading' screen

    app is also failing to work get 'Oops. there was an error trying to communicate with the server. Please try again later'

    my legacy SIM does still work for data purposes though

    I sent FP a DM on Twitter. They replied in less than 30 minutes:

    nope.

    this is still the early stages of the transition to the Premium Voice network.
    thus they dont have additional details as to how the credit balance will work on my new account.

    The legacy lte sim still works but can't get into the account as others have posted. Sign of things to come.....¿?

    Does anybody know, or have any guesses what happens to the rollover data on the legacy free plan if you convert to the free premium, or stay on the voip platform after the deadline? I have over 2.5 gb of data accumulated.

    Website is working fine for me now, but the app still goes into an endless loop of communication errors or "phishing 3rd party site" errors.

    I tried to power cycle my phone, and it doesn't change anything. Is the app still screwy for some people?

    They are sending me a replacement SIM.

    I have activated SIMs on 4/5, 4/12, and 4/19. Before 4/14, they all only got HSPA. After 4/14, all, except for one SIM from 4/12, got LTE.
    The activation on 4/19 also got LTE fine.



    Two more things I just realized. I am so slow.

    $19.99 vs $3.99
    • The e-mail I received on 4/1 said "$19.99 every 6 months", so that's what I will be charged if I do nothing by 5/1.
    • $3.99 is for monthly plans. I am currently on "Basic 200 Semi-Annual".


    Refresh icon
    • There is a refresh icon next to "<phone number> (GSMA)".
    • The icon spins after you first land on the page, refresh the page from browser, or click on the icon.
    • When it's spinning, it's retrieving what's left in each min/text/data bucket.
    • For about two hours last night, I saw null/null/null MB, presumably because it couldn't retrieve the information.

    here's the problem i see with the free premium plan.
    SPAM calls/txt msgs.

    you're limited to 10min calls and 10 txt msgs. (no free incoming)
    i assume each called is rounded up to 1 min if they hang up after getting your voicemail.
    (and more if they leave voicemail)

    if my top up $ from the legacy plan doesnt AUTOMATICALLY buy me more min/txt msg then i'm canceling.
    (They dont know yet how top up $ from the legacy plan will work in the free premium plan.)
