I'm not sure, as you'd need either the account details (phone number and PIN) to get service moved to a new SIM or have the existing SIM already there to get account details. The five month, five gigabyte, North America data pass for $10 lives on! I just called in for an unrelated question and the operator upsold me on this! I couldn't say no!
