    They can't be all things to all people. Their service still requires some bit of self tech support occasionally.

    Interesting. The line I have on that plan is now titled 7GB, but only renewed this month for 5GB. I guess I can't complain as that is what I purchased. Besides, that line only uses 2 ish a month, so no big deal.

    Funny you mentioned that. My plan started with 7gb, but I noticed a data loss of about 2gb a week or so ago. I'm thinking the 7gb was a mistake for existing plans & RP has adjusted it since.

    Mine just renewed 2 days ago and I got 7gb. Today it still has 6970 MB, so it hasn't been taken away (yet).

    Mine renewed the 17th and it's still 5GB; only the plan description changed to 7GB - at few weeks ago.
