    Freeze Virgin Account?

Is it possible to put on hold/freeze/switch to minimum plan for one month?
I know freedom mobile has it where you pay like $20 and put your account on hold
    Thanks.

They are the only one who can make it happen. Nobody here can do it for you.

I'm asking if it's actually possible for this specific provider and I'm not their client. There's no information about that online niether CS were able to adress that. That's why this forum exists in the first place, to get opinion of people who are more knowledgeable than CS

Koodo Mobile has a Seasonal Hold Plan. It’s $15 a month. Your current rate plan is deleted immediately! When you return to Canada, you have to get an in-market rate plan.

Virgin Mobile is a direct competitor to Koodo Mobile, so maybe Virgin has a similar offering?

AT&T: Unlimited talk & text in and between the U.S., Canada, & Mexico, 8+17 GB data

I thought Virgin Mobile is already shut down and all active users forced to switch to Boost.

This thread is about Canada. Virgin Mobile Canada is 100% owned by Bell Canada.

Bell Mobility is tier 1, Virgin Mobile Canada is tier 2, and Lucky Mobile is tier 3. All three are 100% owned by Bell Canada.
