LG Phoenix 5 & LG Xpression Plus

Does anyone have the new LG Phoenix 5? What do you think about it?

It has 16gb internal memory and a 5.7" screen.

It looks nothing like the P3 & P4. Looks nice.

The LG Xpression Plus has 2gb RAM & 32gb internal memory and I think 5.7", about 79.99. Looks very nice.

If anyone has either phone, what do you think of them?

    Thanks!

16GB is OK, but 32GB makes more sense -- especially if you plan to use the phone for at least a couple years.

Yes, I have a lot of 16gb phones. My 8gb phones are all retired now. I don't use a lot of apps so I'm okay with 16gb devices still, just so long as they arrive out of the box with enough room to install what I want. I don't put music or movies on my phones and don't store many photos. I do use MicroSD cards for what I do store.

I probably could go on using 16gb phones but I did recently buy one 32gb phone, the AT&T LG Neon Plus. I would like to have more RAM on my phones so I've been looking at ones with 3gb.

Yes, I use my phones for years. I will try to buy some 32gb phones for the future. Not sure I'll ever need more than that given my current use.

I'm a trailing edge sort of person more than a cutting edge type. I'm more likely to buy phones at cheaper prices as they're phasing out rather than paying top price as they're phasing in, just as long as the sale phones can still do duty.

This year though the 32gb phones have my attention because they're not super expensive. Some of the 16gb phones are more than some 32gb ones.

I checked the Walmart website and at $49, the Phoenix 5 was already sold out.

It says it's still in stock but it was out of stock earlier. I've seen that before at the Walmart website with other things.

It looks like a nice phone but not enough feedback yet to evaluate.

I didn't come across those reviews. Thanks for the links, the new Phoenix 5 phone looks good. I like the narrow form. I'm going to have to try it. Nothing like my Phoenix 2 but I might like it.

LG Phoenix 5 & LG Xpression Plus

I had the xpression plus for a year on Tracfone. It was the black Friday phone WaImart had bought online. I ended up giving it to my mom. She filled up the memory very quickly with WhatsApp. She to delete alot of her pictures and videos. I like that I unlocked it for free directly from Att.

Was that the older 16gb Xpression? I've seen good reviews on it. The 32gb Xpression Plus 2 seems quite a bit different.

Yes I've gotten a few older phones unlocked by AT&T very fast. Phoenix 2, Ideal, z222 flip. Haven't tried to unlock a new one.
