What is the latest date to apply refill to Pay-As-You-GO plan?

Let's say balance expires on 05/17/2020 (expiration date from PP OLAM).

Does it mean I can apply refill on 05/17/2020 and existing balance will carry over?

Or should I do this on 05/16/2020?

That's one thing I never take a chance on. I have a Straight talk Hot Spot and the expiration date is the "day you'll lose service", "not the last day of service", so I assume PP is the same since they're both TF companies. I always do mine 2 days before that date to be safe. Your balance carriers over so who cares if you lose a day or 2 in the cycle making sure you're good. Also a buffer incase they have refill system issues like a week ago. I have other bills where you still have service through the expiration date. Doesn't matter, I never wait till the expiration date.

When I used the PPC $10 120 day Standard Plan, I would always add $10 every 119 days, which was exactly every 17 weeks, and it worked out well. I've read that you can now wait until day 120, but I wouldn't risk it.

I always add the date immediately before the one they specify.
