Both phones are amazing. It depends on whether you want an Apple product which will give you about four or five years of software updates every September, or remain with Android.

Before you give up on the Z4, take a good look at your apps. Some apps are just power hogs, running all the time eating up the battery capacity. Some are obvious, like Facebook. Others surprise you, like store or local weather apps.

Definitely good advice! I think, the Greenify app maybe.

Not too familiar with Greenify but you can start by looking at the power-saving settings on your phone. These do things like preventing background apps from using data or consuming a lot of the CPU. I, personally, would strip out all optional apps that don't have an "Exit" button and see how that changes my battery life. If there's a big increase in the battery life by doing that, I'd start adding them back one-by-one and watching the battery life.

Really, some apps are the battery's worst enemy. I won't have the Facebook app on my phone.

Can it be returned under the buyer's remorse policy? If so and you're not happy, why not?
