    Searching for carrier info

I need to select a carrier (VZ, TM or ATT) to sign up with.

I have check thier coverage maps and service here not great.

Anyone have ideas how I can do my own site survey? Any apps which show
which carrier is on which tower?

Is there a better group/sub forum to post this?

    TIA

Search here on HoFo for discussions about "RootMetrics" and "Cellmapper" to get some idea of coverage info that does not come from the carriers themselves.

Another question. Have you selected a phone already or are you still shopping ? Some phones may or may not have the required frequencies used by some cellular carriers.

If there is a Facebook group for a particular area, you can post the question there, and see what people say.

One can also ask friends to come to your house with their phones, to see if they get a signal with their carrier.
(My house is in a dead zone for many carriers, and when people visit, they can't get a signal.)
