    I got that a day or so ago on an unlimited line. It didn't come on any of my family's PAYGO lines. Also curious about rollover.

    Just checked my account and it looks like the data from the unlimited plan is rolling over including the extra 2GB (2.98GB):

    It will expire in one month in this case May 12th 2020.


    I was a little alarmed yesterday when I checked my account and it was missing the "other plan" (in the image above, "the current plan") and was only showing the unlimited one. So I did an online chat and asked about it and the rep (ila) said that it should load back the other "card" by tomorrow. So looks like she was right.

    Though looking at that again, does that "the benefits from the current plan will be consumed before the other benefits" mean it will use my current plan data before it will use my carryover data? Is carryover data an "other benefit"?

    Ah, whatever, just as long as my account isn't completely screwed up lol.

    Actually should be an easy test. I'll post back.

    I have a Tracfone on Att, Verizon and T-Mobile towers and my Verizon received an extra GB for free on the Verizon line. Good to know I have it in case of emergency.

    Looks like Safelink Wireless has extended the free 5GB, unlimited talk text to May 29th 2020, adding another month.

    Yesterday PPC's online refill system was down all day. It was my last day to refill my PayGo or expire. I did a chat and asked the CSR what will happen if it doesn't get fixed and my phone expires. I told him my due date. He asked for my number and pin. Came back and said my due date is 8/14/20, check it again. I checked and my balance was rounded up to the next $ and my due date extended 120 days. Wonder if that's their Covid good faith, or just got an understanding CSR.
