Ever use your tablet at home ?? Try Google maps, you might be surprised. I will agree that tablets will not support aGPS without cellular or Wifi but I stand by my prior statement. If you pre-download maps on the tablet it should work while traveling, same as your cell phone.

What about the Samsung Fold ?? At&t currently has the exclusive on that device. You won't find one for under $200, it is approximately $1290. You will not find a device that large anytime soon for under $200. Android tablets are not cell phones but they can use messaging apps and applications that allow voice over Wifi. Some tablets can be used to connect to cellular data but are not designed for cellular voice. Sorry to have to be so blunt.
