sound metre app with GPS history

I'm looking for an app that measures sound levels and has a history/storage function so you can store the location with a user note.
I have found a few that let you store the measured levels but none have a GPS function and allow a user note.

Nothing like that exists. However, you could contact developers of one of these apps and request this feature. But there's no guarantee they will do it. May not be feasible for them to spend resources on something required by few users.

It seems like that feature would be in demand but I guess not. :-(
