This is only 12GB data valid for a year and not unlimited data.

You will get this SMS after the 12 gb

Your Roam Like at Home fair use data limit has been met. Continued data use will incur a surcharge upto 0.50p per MB. For free info HTTP://three.co.uk/RLH

The 12 GB is good for 30 days, not a year

Sheesh their website is confusing! What exactly is part of the £10.00 4GB plan?

Main Pay As You Go page says the £10.00 4GB plan gets unlimited talk/text and 4GB data for 30 days. But if you add it to your cart and click on "Full Plan Details" it takes you to this page that says everything has a cost and it includes Go Roam even though the main page doesn't say the 4GB plan gets Go Roam

Pay as you go is a little confusing. You can either add "top up credit" which then is depleted at the rates you linked (e.g. £0.03/min voice) or you can add a "plan" (e.g. £10 for 30 days of unlimited talk/text and 4GB data.)

The differences are that the plans expire (that 4GB one expires in 30 days), whereas the top up lasts until you deplete it with use. (So, for example, at £0.01/MB, you only get up to 1GB data for £10, but it lasts until you use it up, rather than in 30 days.)

Also the unlimited talk/text has geographic restrictions- the (outgoing) talk and text is to UK numbers only, IIRC.

So, when you add credit to your SIM, you select how you want to apply it- as top up credit or as a plan.
