when do I get a chance to input the $20 off discount code for HSN? It's wanting me to link my paypal to my new account but hasn't given me anywhere to input the code, I've stopped the checkout process for now, not a huge huge rush to get the mins at this exact moment, my service runs out the first week of Jan. however.

the Rebel 4 was sold out so I picked the Moto e5 bundle. For some reason I kept thinking and had even read the TF E5 was a frankenstein phone with 8mp camera instead of 13mp on the "real" e5, but even on the US Moto site it says 8mp rear, so maybe it was a case where the US got a different model...I know often the US Motos don't have NFC either for example. I probably would have liked the Rebel 4 a bit better as a backup phone as I really like capture+ and double tap to wake, etc on the LG's

The regular Moto E5 is not a U.S. phone, but Verizon Prepaid, AT&T Prepaid, and the Tracfone family were able to score private versions.

Here is the correct link to get the airtime card and SIM kit separate:

Even with this link the description says you will get SIM card preloaded... just ignore?

Yeah, I also just clicked Buy Now, because this deal is too good to pass up. I figure 3GB of data is worth $20 to $30 (and I actually use the data). That means I'm paying $10 to $20 to keep a phone active for a year.

Sure, I'll pay that to avoid the inconvenience of SIM swapping for a year.

The last time there were hard to believe they are so good TracFone deals on eBay, they were run by shopcelldeals. That ended in a bad way. Makes me wonder what is up with this one.

I bought one for my wife. She uses about 250 talk minutes per month for her business, hardly any text or data (still has over 10,000 in each bucket). I could have bought a few minute-only cards at $10 for 500 minutes, but this deal also adds one year of service (for about $16). No harvesting hassle.

The difference this time is we are buying directly from Tracfone, at their eBay store.
Is shopcelldeals still in business since losing Tracfone?

https://shopcelldeals.com/ is now selling phones for Boost, Virgin Mobile, Sprint. In Dec 2016, I bought two Boost Mobile phones for my visiting brother, good prices and no problems. He took them back to Australia, then on a trip to Vietnam got them unlocked in Saigon for $5 each. He kept saying that cellphones prices are so cheap in the US.

Boost Mobile originated in Australia and apparently there's a demand for their unlocked phones because my brother was able to easily resell his phones for a good profit.

A U.S. Boost phone just sounds like a one-trick pony to me. I wonder what the unlocking reveals. Never heard of this before. I guess it depends on the model.

I bought for him a Boost Stylo 2 and a Boost LG X Power. At that time (Dec 2016) they were usable on Australian networks. Regarding the unlocking aspect, Australia also has MVNOs that use the networks of bigger carriers. Using an unlocked Boost phone on their MVNOs is similar to people in the US buying unlocked Verizon phones to use with TF/Verizon SIM.
